Requesting a Transcript from Thomas Jefferson High School
Current students and former students may request official and/or unofficial transcripts by completing the following online form:

A copy of your ID is required for upload, and there is no fee. Transcripts will be sent within 2-3 business days when school is in session.
Diplomas are a one-time only ceremonial item, and copies are not available. Replacement diplomas may be ordered for $40. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing and shipping. To make a payment, contact the Finance Office at 253-945-5625.
