Transcript Requests

Requesting a Transcript from Thomas Jefferson High School

Current students and former students may request official and/or unofficial transcripts by completing the following online form:

A copy of your ID is required.  There is no fee for transcripts, and they will be sent within 2-3 business days.

Diplomas are a one-time only, ceremonial item.  Copies are not available.

Replacement diplomas are available for $40. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing and shipping. To make a payment, contact the Finance Office at (253) 945-5625.
